Pick the project + period, then attach schedule of values lines and sub waivers. The GC owns this submission; subs upload their waivers separately.

Form is wired in demo mode — submission is stubbed. Database mutation is wired via server action on the live build.
Next steps once submitted
The platform routes the draw through 3 reviewers and (when applicable) the senior lender.
- 1. Inspector: field-visits the site and records observed percent-complete per SoV line. Variance over 5% flips draw to correction_required.
- 2. Loan officer: reviews inspection + waivers. Approves under $500,000; escalates above to senior lender.
- 3. Owner developer: signs off on approved draw.
- 4. Finance reviewer: releases payment via ACH after all waivers signed.
